Outline Itinerary of 3 Days Ghorepani Sunrise Trek
Day 1: Nayapul to Tikhedhunga
- Start your trek from Nayapul, which is accessible by road from Pokhara.
- Trek through beautiful villages, terraced fields, and forests.
- Reach Tikhedhunga and spend the night there.
Day 2: Tikhedhunga to Ghorepani
- Begin the day with a steep climb up the stone staircase known as Ulleri.
- Continue trekking through forests of rhododendron and oak trees.
- Reach Ghorepani, a popular stopover point for trekkers.
- Spend the night in Ghorepani.
Day 3: Ghorepani to Poon Hill and return to Nayapul
- Wake up early before dawn and hike up to Poon Hill (3,210 meters) to witness a breathtaking sunrise over the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri mountain ranges.
- Enjoy the panoramic views and take photographs.
- Descend back to Ghorepani for breakfast.
- Trek back down to Nayapul and conclude your trek.
